Soy Nuts Lower Blood Pressure

Women’s Health Magazine reports that a new study in the Archives of Internal Medicine shows that eating soy nuts may significantly reduce blood pressure.  Lead author of the study, Francine Welty, M.D. said that the isoflavones in soy help relax muscles around your blood vessels so your blood can easily travel through.
