Hi there! I wanted to tell you about a new healthy cookbook coming out this July. Luckily, I got the opportunity to contribute one of my healthy recipes to the book. Yay! The ThinkFood Cookbook, sponsored and published by Posit Science, features 50 brain-healthy recipes from bloggers around the globe, including me! The cookbook has healthy snacks, appetizers, sides and salads, main courses, and desserts. Hardcover versions of the cookbook will be available this July.
Starting June 16th, the ThinkFood Cookbook Recipe of the Week campaign is beginning. You can sign up for the email list and receive one recipe in your inbox every Wednesday for the next 50 weeks. Those who sign up will have access to print the version of the recipe (for free), which includes more information about the brain healthy ingredient – plus additional cooking tips from the blogger who created the recipe.
