Strawberry Smoothie

1 cup sliced strawberries (or other berries)
1 cup nonfat cottage cheese
1/4 cup old fashioned cooking oats
honey or maple syrup to taste (or 2 packets of sweetner)
small amount of fat free milk for mixing
cinnamon and nutmeg to sprinkle on the top

Directions: Put the milk in the bottom of your blender.
Add all other ingredients, blend until smooth.
The cottage cheese may sound gross but it is really good.
This drink can easily be a meal in itself as it’s heavy in protein.

Mango Lassi:

- 1 fresh mango, chopped into chunks
- 1 cup plain yogurt (any % fat is fine)
- Optional: sugar (I find it plenty sweet without sugar)

Blend until creamy and foamy. Yum!

Hi, I make the following with a little variation on different days depending on my mood –
2-3 pieces of celery
2 carrots
1 bunch of parsley
1 bunch of cilantro
1 bunch of spinach
1 apple
1 banana
1 small lemon
small pieces of ginger (enzymatic action) , turmeric root (anti inflammatory) and beet
1/2 cup sprouts (sunflower or mung or pumpkin)
2-3 dates (optional) to sweeten
1 cup water/ almond milk

To this, I add either fresh ground flaxseeds or spirulina or cacao depending on my mood and the end result is a yummy, exceptionally healthy drink.

Would love it if I could have the Magic Bullet …would be the perfect addition :)
Thanks for the opportunity !
