But when you do need something to grab at the store...
I appreciate that Kashi and Bear Naked use natural ingredients. Too many packaged foods are full of chemicals these days.

		<description>With these snacks and cereals - check the sugar content. Also because they are cooked the nutrient value is much lower. It is so much better to have raw granola. Same thing without sugar. Oats, raw nuts and seeds. Try it, you will love it!</description>
