What’s your favorite healthy snack? Mine is hummus with carrots or celery sticks. It’s something I can always keep around to fill me up and keep me going in between meals. How about you? Think about it, and leave me a comment. You could win a prize!

My favorite snack is 1-2 tablespoons of almond butter spead over a slice of homemade whole wheat toast. My favorite part is how the crunchy bread mixes with the creamy almond butter! YUM!

My favorite healthy snack is my Strawberry Almond Butter Roll Up. It’s just a small whole wheat tortilla with 1 T. almond butter spread on it. Then you top with sliced strawberries, roll it up like a burrito and enjoy! It keeps me full for hours and satisfies my carb hunger :-)

A probiotic healthy wellness bar works fine for me. Probiotics replenishes and rebalances the friendly bacteria to keep your digestive system balanced and healthy.
