I have been staying on low carb diet, and have felt just fine....And my brain...well, not worse than before:)
But, I don’t believe in overdoing things...to cut all carbs is not good, the "slow" carbs are healthy and we need them.
What really can help us start getting healthy is to go raw. The raw food diet has helped so many people, and the best of all - it is all natural. You eat mostly healthy foods that are not processed and not cooked. It is great and excellent for your body!

This is not a good study. We've been eating low carb for a great deal of evolution and it got us to where we are. The study only lasted 3 weeks, and it takes about that long to get acclimated to low carb. During that period it is expected that you have some trouble with brain fog as your body gets acclimated to having to make its own glucose.

Here's a nice throwdown of this "study".

In this case study what is diabetics supposed to do when they are supposed to stay away from carbs and sugar. Carbs brings my sugar up really high. Where as if I eat something that contains sugar but low in carbs it does not bring my blood sugar up. Do have any ideas what we are supposed to do. I am a diabetic and so is my wife. I am on a insulin pump which is great for me. I am also on Glipizide for my blood sugar. My wife is borderline diabetic. She is on Gluecotroll. I appreaciate your help in this matter.

Thankyou
