		<description>While it's true that studies have shown positive links between heart health and red wine, it's also true that most doctors will not suggest starting to drink wine if you don't already partake. That's because there are a lot of other risks that accompany wine, not the least of which is alcoholism. The other challenge for many is stopping at the "moderate" amount suggested... one glass for women, two for men (American Heart Association).
