Women’s Health Magazine posted a helpful list showing how long some fruits and vegetables will stay fresh in your refrigerator. Brassicas Protect Your Bladder

A research team led by New Zealand’s Agresearch found that natural chemicals in brassica vegetables can reduce your risk of bladder cancer by over 50%.
