Go Ahead, Have a Glass or Two

Mark’s Daily Apple reported that two recent studies found evidence that if you drink wine in moderation (two glasses a day or less), you will build up stronger immunity and resistance to cold viruses than those who abstain. However, if you’re a smoker, this benefit doesn’t apply to you. One of the studies from Spain found that people who drank 8-14 glasses a week (especially red wine) reduced their risk of getting a cold by up to 60%.

Bonus: Red wine is also packed with the vital antioxidant, resveratrol.

I was wondering if Sweet Red Port wines had the same healthly benefits of Dry red wines.

Or in other words can you find Resveratrol in Port Wine and does port have the same affects of fat in the body of a red wine?
