Self Magazine reports that a study published in The Journal of Steroid Biochemistry and Molecular Biology found that farm-raised salmon has 1/4 of the vitamin D content of wild-caught salmon.

When you can, buy wild-caught salmon for a more potent dose of nutrients and healthy fats!
