by laurel on August 22, 2007

Self Magazine reported on an egg study from researchers at Louisiana State University. The results showed that dieters who eat two eggs a day for breakfast lost 65% more weight and 83% more in waist circumference than people who eat bagels containing the same amount of calories. LSU’s researchers said the high protein content in eggs helps keep you satisfied so you eat less throughout the day.
