Study on Vitamin K for Diabetes
NPIcenter.com reports that a study published in the journal Cells found that the vitamin K-dependant protein osteocalcin may help regulate insulin activity and reduce diabetes and obesity. According to the article, our bones actually help to regulate our blood sugar levels by producing osteocalcin. The protein secretes a hormone that enhances insulin activity.
The two types of vitamin K are named K1 and K2. You can get K1 by eating green, leafy vegetables such as parsley, kale, spinach, and greens. You can get K2 from fermented foods like cheese, miso, and the Japanese soy food natto.

Anything green and leafy is a good substitute for for processed white flour or corn syrup.

A balanced, natural diet is all needed to keep a healthy life. It is clearly pointed out here that K1 can easily be obtained by eating green. It is good to your health. Stop eating greasy chips.
