Mark’s Daily Apple reports that olives are one of the healthiest foods to eat. Although they are high in calories for a fruit, olives are concentrated in monounsaturated fats (good fats) and have lots of vitamin E, fiber, and minerals such as copper. You can easily add olives to salads, sandwiches, soups, or any baked vegetable dishes.
The healthy fats in olives and olive oil have been shown to improve cholesterol levels and reduce your risk of heart disease. Olives are also known to have anti-inflammatory benefits that may reduce problems with asthma and arthritis.

Woah! I’m really enjoying the template/theme of this blog. It’s simple, yet effective. A lot of times it’s very difficult to get that “perfect balance” between superb usability and visual appearance. I must say you have done a amazing job with this. Also, the blog loads super quick for me on Chrome. Superb Blog!
