Choose Cloudy, Unfiltered Apple Juice
Cooking Light Magazine writes that a study in the Journal of the Science of Food and Agriculture showed that cloudy, unfiltered apple juices have four times the amount of polyphenols as clear, filtered apple juice. The polyphenols are the antixodiants that help our bodies avoid cancer and heart disease.
Remember to drink juice in moderation because it has a higher caloric content and less fiber than whole fruits.
