Two Cups of Tea
BBC News reports that a study in the European Journal of Cancer Prevention showed that drinking two cups of tea a day may reduce your risk of skin cancer. The antioxidants found in tea may prevent caner cells from developing. The researchers found that people who drank two or more cups of tea a day decreased their risk of developing squamous cell carcinoma by 65%. Drinking tea also seemed to help protect the skin against basal cell carcinoma.

Drink tea, but remember the best way to avoid skin cancer is to protect your skin. Sunlight is a contributing factor in 90% of skin cancer cases.
