Veggies Sharpen Your Mind

Self Magazine writes that memory tests from a study in the journal Neurology showed that people who ate more than two servings of vegetables a day had “brains that functioned as if they were five years younger.”

Standout veggies for a sharp mind: spinach, kale, romaine.
