Trans Fat = Seriously Scary

CNN.com reports that a study from the Harvard School of Public Health showed that women with the highest levels of trans fat in their blood had three times the risk of heart disease than women with the lowest levels.  Trans fats are so problematic because our bodies cannot synthesize or create trans fats.  Most people consume trans fats through partially hydrogenated oils that exist in many packaged foods, pastries, and fried foods.
