Study Shows Vegetables Preserve Brain Function, Protect From Memory Loss

HeraldNet.com reports that new research from Chicago’s Rush University Medical Center found that eating vegetables helps preserve brain function and protects your brain from age-related memory loss and dementia. The researchers found that spinach, kale, and collards had the best benefit. Zucchini, summer squash, broccoli, eggplant, lettuce, and tossed salad were also listed as particularly beneficial to brain function.
