Report Shows Omega-3s Reduce Colorectal Cancer Risk

NewsTarget.com reports that a study published in Cancer Epidemiology Biomarkers & Prevention said that Omega-3 fatty acids may decrease the risk of colorectal cancer in men by two-thirds.  However, the risk is only reduced in men who do not take aspirin.  Colorectal cancer is the third leading cause of death among Americans, and it makes up 1/10 of all new cancer cases in the U.S.
