Keep Your Eyes Healthy

Cooking Light Magazine reports that a cup of cooked frozen spinach has 29,811 micrograms of lutein and zeaxanthin (carotenoids that keep your eyes healthy by lowering the risk of AMD and cataracts).  The amount of carotenoids found in spinach is the highest found in any food.

ever since i have changed the way i eat with vegtables and more fruit omega 3 and green tea my eyes have gotten lighter from light brown to greenish or hazel is it because of the way that i have changed my diet,,….
