Cheese-Induced Sleep

EatingWell.com reports that a study from the British Cheese Board showed that cheese contains a sleep-inducing amino acid, tryptophan, that can help you get to sleep at night.  In the study of 200 volunteers, each person ate approximately three-quarters of an ounce of cheese a half hour before going to bed.  None of the volunteers had nightmares, and 72% of them said they slept well. Sweet dreams!
