Low Fat Not Low Calorie?

HealthCastle.com reports that foods low in fat are not necessarily low in calories. In many cases, low fat foods have added sugar which increases the number of calories. If high fat foods are appealing to you, reduce your portion sizes to limit your caloric intake.
