Bring on the Garlic and Onions!

MSNBC.com reports that onions and garlic have natural antioxidants that help prevent cancer. The powerful antioxidants block free radicals from damaging cells and forming cancer. Also, studies have shown that garlic and onions slow down cancer cell growth and cause new cancer cells to self-destruct. We don’t know exactly how much garlic and onions to consume in order to have the best cancer protection, but it seems wise to add a little to your diet every day.
