Tofu a Day Keeps Ovarian Cancer Away

DailyMail.co.uk reports that eating tofu on a daily basis can cut a woman’s chance of ovarian cancer by 44%. Eating 10gm a day releases at least 3mg of isoflavones which researchers believe will protect you from cancer and heart disease.
